We accept Visa and MasterCard on our website, however in our gallery we also except Eftpos, Cash and Direct Debit.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes may be required to be paid by the recipient for international purchases, Capture Photographics Ltd (trading as Simon Myers Photography) does not except any responsibility for taxes, duty or levy’s charges to the recipient in your country.

We do not except returns on any framed artwork as it is custom made to order, however in certain circumstances this can be discussed no later that 7 days after purchase.

All our framed photos are custom made to order this can take 1 to 3 weeks, sometimes more if our framer is extremely busy, it is our intention to have your custom made art work freighted to you with in this time frame. However we take no responsibility for delayed freight that is out of our control.
CARE OF YOUR ART WORK
We recommend not hanging your piece of art work in direct sunlight. A micro fibre cloth is recommended for cleaning the glass or Chromaluxe metal print.
DAMAGES
All our artwork is carefully inspected before being freighted to you, we take our time and make sure each piece is carefully packaged before leaving our premises. If an item arrives that looks damaged we encourage you to inspect the item before accepting it.
